Beer Dinner and Special Event Details & Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be done in writing via e-mail; we cannot honor or receive cancellations over the phone or in person.  A credit card is necessary to make and hold your reservation.   If a party cancels a reservation or decreases the number in their party within three (3) full days prior to the event, the credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged 50%for the total cost of the reservation. If a party cancels a reservation or decreases the number in their party within one (1) full day prior to the event the credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged 100% for the total cost of the reservation.  If a party does not show up for the event in which they made the reservation for, the credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged 100% for the total cost of the reservation.   The charge per person does not include tax and gratuity.  We will NOT charge the card used to hold your reservation prior to the event unless circumstances noted above. Payment must be made at the start of the event for the total amount due plus additional tax and twenty percent gratuity.Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you here!!
